Food Truck Fest

Capital City’s “flavor”ite event is back, and it’s our 11th year! We’re excited to return Historic Bismarck Depot. 2024 was a record year, so bringing event back to the Depot only makes sense. Enjoy the area & region’s very best Food Trucks at our 3 day event. We’ll also have non-food vendors, inflatables and mascot appearances each day, full cash bar, a different Food Truck challenge every day + More. Stay tuned to this page for more details!
