Where do I buy tickets?
Tickets are on sale now here. Heritage Pass ($39), Fiesta VIP ($69 – limited), and Legacy Pass ($149 – sold out).

What are the ticket tiers?
Fiesta Fest offers three all-inclusive passes. Every tier includes a Fiesta keepsake gift and access to all entertainment.
The Legacy Pass – $149/ticket (SOLD OUT)
The ultimate Fiesta Fest experience. Includes unlimited sampling tokens redeemable at any station for food, margaritas, beer, seltzers, cocktails, mocktails, NA beer, or soda and water – no limits, all night. Also includes early entry at 3:30 PM, a private tequila class, access to the Villa Vault Lounge with private restrooms, all-you-can-eat chips and salsa, skip-the-line pass, and private shaded seating.
The Fiesta VIP Pass – $69/ticket (Most Popular)
Includes 15 sampling tokens redeemable at any station for food, margaritas, beer, seltzers, cocktails, mocktails, NA beer, or soda and water. Also includes early entry at 4:00 PM, a 1-hour exclusive Happy Hour, skip-the-line pass, and private shaded seating.
The Heritage Pass – $39/ticket
Includes 8 sampling tokens redeemable at any station for food, margaritas, beer, seltzers, cocktails, mocktails, NA beer, or soda and water. Also includes entry at 5:00 PM and full access to all festival entertainment.
Kids 12 and under are free with any ticketed adult. Sampling tokens are not included but can be purchased at the token tent inside the event.
Does everyone need a ticket?
Yes – every attendee needs a ticket. Kids 12 and under are free with a ticketed adult. If your little ones want to sample food and drinks, tokens are available for purchase at the token tent inside the event.
What does my ticket get me?
Your ticket is all-inclusive – everything is covered from the moment you walk in. That means food tastings from local vendors, craft drinks, the legendary Fiesta Villa margarita, live music, and interactive experiences all night long. Just show up and enjoy.
Each tier includes token redemptions for specialty samples throughout the event. Legacy Pass and Fiesta VIP holders receive additional exclusive perks – see the ticket page for full details.
Can I transfer or resell my ticket?
Need to pass your ticket to someone else? Contact our office at tickets@funatixevents.com or call (701) 877-4386, Monday-Friday 8 AM – 5 PM CST and we’ll take care of it.
Please note: tickets are non-transferable and must be presented by the original purchaser. Resale of tickets above face value is prohibited.
All sales are final – Fiesta Fest does not offer refunds.

Can I get a refund?

Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed.
What do I need to bring with me?
Attendees with tickets that include adult drinks will need to bring their I.D. (must be shown to enter the festival)
Tickets can be presented electronically or printed.

Where is Fiesta Fest?
Fiesta Fest takes place downtown Bismarck, ND at The Bismarck Depot building. The address is 411 E Main Ave Bismarck, ND 58504.
What time does Fiesta Fest start and end?
Is the event indoors or outdoors?
Fiesta Fest takes place across both the indoor and outdoor spaces of the Historic Bismarck Depot. The indoor space is only available for Legacy Pass holders.
We recommend dressing for a warm June evening. The event is rain or shine.

Is parking available?
Parking downtown is plentiful and largely free for a 5 PM evening event.
The 3rd & Main Ramp (450 spaces, covered) offers free parking from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM daily – that’s your closest and most convenient option, and it’s completely free for Fiesta Fest attendees arriving after 4 PM. The 3rd & Rosser surface lot is also free after 5:30 PM daily.
The Parkade and Galleria Ramps charge normal rates on evenings and weekends at $1.50/hour up to $8/day if needed for overflow. For more details about parking in downtown Bismarck, visit the Bismarck Parking Authority’s FAQ website here.
Street parking is available on the surrounding blocks. Rideshare drop-off is available directly in front of the venue.

Will there be non-alcoholic drink options?
Yes, there will be NA drink options redeemable with drink tokens.
Will there be activities for kids?
Of course! Fiesta Fest is family friendly and fun for all ages.

Is there live music?

What food vendors will be there?
We’re finalizing our vendor lineup now and will be announcing it soon. Follow us on social media or join the Priority List to be the first to know when vendors are revealed.
Is the venue ADA accessible?
Yes – the Historic Bismarck Depot is accessible. If you have specific questions about accommodations, feel free to contact us at info@funatixevents.com or call (701) 877-4386 ahead of the event and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.
Can I bring a bag in?
Bags are allowed and subject to search.
